PCG Core

The core server provides a hierarchical framework that supports multiple sites / equipment and standard communications options. It includes standard navigation and administration pages.

1. PCG Core includes our standard database configured and ready to operate. It is also capable of being configured for almost any SQL database including Microsoft SQL and Oracle.

2. PCG Core also includes a scripting module which allows autonomous execution of scripted expressions at fixed intervals or at a particular time or on change of a variable. A group of expressions can be attached to multiple plants / equipment, eliminating duplication

Finally the core also provides support for non invasive backup of your critical data while your system continues to operate 24 by 7.

PCG Alerter

Provides an Alerts page with a list of prioritised alerts (can be sorted by a number of criteria such as date, priority, plant). There is a dialog to acknowledge alerts and enter actions taken. Users can be advised of alert via email or SMS (SMS service required). Alerts can be escalated if not acknowledged within a configured time.

PCG Presenter

Provides configurable charting from a variety of sources of information including database, PCG Server variables and custom analysis sources.

Also provides the ability to deliver full featured reports in PDF format.

PCG Extractor

Allows data to be extracted to a spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Excel) at a click directly from an extracts page.

PCG Audit

Records and reports on an audit trail of all variable changes that were made and also a history of user logins / logouts.

PCG Archiver

Equipment / plant that log medium to large volumes of data to a data store will, at some stage, get to a point where access / reporting of data becomes slow and impractical. PCG Archiver solves this by providing a mechanism to archive off older data that is less likely to be needed.

PCG Scheduler

Provides the ability to deliver reports / and perform administrative tasks at scheduled times.

PCG Custom Plugin

Provides an Application Programming Interface (API) to allow customer Java software to be plugged into PCG Server.

PCG Automator

Modular add on that extends PCG Server to allow it to automatically sequence and control plant / equipment. Ideal for automatic testing / commissioning.
